An entry long overdue
It’s been more than a week since my last entry. I’ve been really really busy enjoying myself with Aster in Hong Kong!
I intend to do a booklet on the 7 days 6 nights holiday we had there, but not yet. I’ve a flea market going on at Dempsey Hill (Carpark 8D) during the weekend (sat & sun 11am-6pm). Foreseeing that the booklet will probably take some time, I rather give it my full attention next week than having to do it a bit at a time, being interrupted by other stuff.
I’ve taken tonnes of pictures, analysed the country and tried some really nice and unpleasant food there. All this, I would love to share with the world. I’ll be doing a magazine style booklet which will consist of my daily routine – food, journeys, prices, attractions, etc. All of it would be saved in a pdf file which would be ready before next weekend, I hope – as I’ve to go for a medic refresher course next tue & wed before going for a 2 weeks high-key reservist starting 8 Dec. Yes, I’m a medic, a Guards combat medic, and it sucks!
Before the magazine is out though, Aster and I have both re-packed our suitcases, (this time for the flea market) and a big box of shoes in preparation for this weekends flea market. Aster has clothes, bags and shoes to sell, while I’ve books, toys, clothes, shoes, bags and even a Disney Monopoly for sale! Initially, I thought of selling my comic books (jap and american), but it seems a little bit difficult for people to be browsing through the hundred over comics I have in a flea market full of people, and also, the fact that we have two suitcases and a big box full of stuff. But if sales goes well on sat, I might consider bringing them on sun, if not, I’ll just start taking pictures of them and selling them on ebay. =)
Before flying through Hong Kong with me next week, I hope to see you at Dempsey this weekend!
